BATTEN ROLL CAP SYSTEM

Batten Roll Cap systems are available in either loose cap or welted cap configurations and can be fabricated in GreenCoat® PLX, copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel or pre-coated aluminium. Systems can also be supplied complete with matching flashings, trims and traditional accessories for a coordinated finish.

Loose cap systems require fewer specialist tools and can provide a faster installation process, while welted cap systems deliver a more traditional detailed appearance suited to specialist heritage applications.

Roll sections can be manufactured in either square or rounded profiles, allowing the system to closely replicate traditional leadwork where required. The separate capping design also enables individual panels to be replaced with minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
