INTALOK® REVEAL PANEL RAINSCREEN CLADDING SYSTEM

Metal reveal panels are widely recognised for their durability, weather resistance and long-term performance. Manufactured from high quality architectural metals, the Intalok® Reveal Panel system is designed to withstand demanding environmental conditions including UV exposure, moisture and temperature variation without compromising structural integrity or appearance.

Each panel is designed with an engineered interlocking joint that conceals fixings and creates consistent spacing between panels. The simple interlocking arrangement supports efficient installation whilst maintaining the clean linear appearance associated with modern rainscreen cladding.

The system is designed for drained and ventilated facade construction and can be fabricated in a wide range of architectural metals including GreenCoat® PLX, zinc, copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel and precoated aluminium. Intalok® fabrications can accommodate bespoke features, trims, perforations and architectural details in matching materials and finishes.

The Intalok® Reveal Panel system is available in a fully CWCT tested configuration, giving specifiers confidence in a proven system. The Centre for Window and Cladding Technology (CWCT) sets recognised industry standards for the performance of cladding systems through independent testing and guidance.

The tested Intalok® assembly represents a complete system build-up, including material, support framework, insulation and fixings, assessed together to reflect real-world performance.

The Intalok® Reveal Panel system can be specified in a range of materials and construction options to suit different project requirements.
