This project completed by Metal Roofing South West involved a complete low-level roof transformation, replacing a failed GRP system with a fully ventilated warm roof constructed at just a 6-degree pitch.
The new installation, finished in Traditional Textures Aluminium in Anthracite Matt, has delivered a dramatic improvement in both appearance and performance. Despite recent periods of severe weather, the roof has remained entirely watertight, demonstrating the reliability and durability of modern metal roofing solutions. This case clearly highlights how metal roofing offers not only exceptional, long-term waterproofing but also striking aesthetics and superior overall performance.
Traditional Textures aluminium is a foldable grade material that authentically replicates the appearance of natural and weathered metals, making it the most realistic coated aluminium on the market. Lightweight at around 2kg per square metre, it offers excellent flexibility and ease of installation.
