This project at Regency Court, London, comprised the installation of traditional textures dark zinc patina standing seam cladding across all facades of 11 newly constructed apartments situated on a roof space above the existing building. The use of dark zinc patina provided a refined, contemporary finish while maintaining a sense of traditional craftsmanship and durability. The standing seam system was carefully detailed to ensure both aesthetic appeal and long-term weather resistance, complementing the architectural character of the development. The works were carried out and successfully completed in mid-2023 by Arlington Rowe, who delivered the project to a high standard of quality and precision.
