Recently, EBM, one of our installation partners, was involved with a sad but inspiring project featured on Grand Designs that reminds us what matters most, family and friends. The installation wasn’t simply part of a build, it was part of a couple’s dream to build a home to spend with loved ones. Pep and Malene, faced with an all too common shadow on the horizon decided to meet it with an uncommon grit and determination.
It is an emotional watch, but what remained unwavering throughout the journey was their shared vision and belief that their home would stand as a place of comfort, legacy and love way off into the future.
Paul and the EBM team brought sensitivity, exceptional dedication and craftsmanship to the roofing install part of the project, ensuring that everything would stand the test of time and reflected the family vision. We are humbled to have played a small part with supply of the GreenCoat® PLX steel and proud to be associated in creating a space that will now carry forward the spirit and legacy of this inspiring couple.
The modern Viking Hall home in the Surrey Hills follows Scandinavian design principles of simplicity and function. It is a beautiful home constructed at an astonishing rate of pace, our hearts go out to Malene and wish her happy times to come in her new home.
